Initial Install - Guided Setup (MacOS)

Prerequisites

Get Installer File or Link from Company IT Lead or by reaching out to [email protected] (call us during business hours, as well, at 469.299.9598)

Have Admin Permissions on the machine you are installing on.

Determine if BYOD (bring your own device) or corporate device.

Make sure you are running the latest version of MacOS (Click Apple Logo in Top Left and -> About This Mac)

Make sure you are updated to the latest MacOS build, if not continue to proceed and updates will happen automatically.

Download the App / .pkg file:

Reach out to your IT point of contact, or use the following link but if you do, please send an email to [email protected] notifying us so we can move you to the correct company.

Install the App:

Allow all prompts - this app is safe and can be allowed without harm.

Wait for approval - email [email protected] if you haven't seen the icon show up in your macOS app toolbar as seen below:

This shows that the app is running BUT you are not done!

Last Step: Allow Permissions to Run

Open System Preferences via Spotlight or Apple Logo in Top right -> System Preferences:

If you see this option, we recommend calling us to walk you through the process. However, you can complete on your own. Follow instructions carefully or call us at 469.850.3968 for direct support (managed clients only)

Open these instructions on your phone or another PC.

Install via Terminal

For the more tech savvy, open up Terminal and run the following command (replace URL with your company URL or
